currently airing on Korean Broadcasting System (KBS2). This blockbuster scale spy
action series is known for it’s star-struck casting, staring Lee Byung-heon, Kim
Tae-hee, Kim So-yeon and other top class actors and actresses. It currently holds
the highest air-time rating in the soap opera prime time hours.
IDTECK’s 100R, PIN & Proximity Single Door Access Controller, featured on
Episode 9 of “IRIS”. The product was installed on the safe to increase the security
level as it protects the valuable assets as the keypad for PIN number and RFID
proximity identification doubles the security feature.
IDTECK’s 505R, Proximity/PIN Time & Attendance and Access Controller, was
featured on Episode 10 of “IRIS”. The product was installed on the entry point of the
building for access control application. In addition to its access control feature,
the device is also capable of Time & Attendance management as well.
Brief Storyline of “IRIS”
This drama is the story of special agents dedicated to the life-risking mission of preventing
a second Korean war against the backdrop of such regional dynamics. The Korean
Peninsula is the last divided country remaining in the world. The US, Russia, China and
Japan, the powers surrounding South and North Korea, are in constant political and
military tension in the region over the nuclear issue and the six-way talks. There is no
mechanism or organization to protect them as they act against the human instinct to
protect life. The government does not acknowledge their existence. They are on their
own to protect themselves.
