Infrastructure The underlying foundation for electronic devices that enables the devices to communicate with each other. In a connected home, infrastructure is referred to as the interconnection of wires throughout the home that connects all of the services coming into the home such as telephone, cable TV, and satellite TV with devices that utilize those incoming services such as TVs, telephones, computers, audio/video equipment, and game controllers. |
