Online RMA Service
- RMA Registration
- Click RMA Request button after logging into IDTECK website

Register defective products using the serial number or model name
: Two separate forms are to be filled out, if two products of same model have different problems. - After completing the registration process, check user and delivery information.
- Issuance of RMA Code
- Confirm the service fee and freight cost information sent from IDTECK RMA Service Center from My Page of the IDTECK website. Click Confirm if you agree with the information. Otherwise, click Cancel button.
- RMA will not be processed without your confirmation.
- If you have clicked Confirm button, RMA Code will be automatically issued.
- Send Out the RMA Products
- Send the defective products to IDTECK with RMA Codes on the document.

Please beware that IDTECK warranty does not cover any product opened by customers damaging
the QC label on the back side or without serial number regardless its warranty period validity.
