During the period of warranty, IDTECK shall supply DISTRIBUTOR free of charge replacement for all units not complying with the standards of quality. Upon the termination of warranty, engineering fee of US$50 and freight cost for defective units shall be charged to DISTRIBUTOR.
Items not covered by Warranty
If the defect is caused by one of the following reasons, US$50 will be required in order to receive the Service.
  ¨ç Defects or damage due to lighting or other electrical discharge.
  ¨è Defects or damage due to natural disaster.
  ¨é Defects or damage caused by improper testing, operation, installation, maintenance, modification,
       alteration, or adjustment.
  ¨ê Defects or damage caused by misuse, accident or neglect.
  ¨ë Unauthorized repair or disassembly of the product.
  ¨ì IDTECK does not warrant the installation, maintenance, or service of the Product.

Limited Warranty
This warranty sets forth the full extent of IDTECK's warranty responsibility.
  In no event shall IDTECK be liable for damages in excess of the purchase price of the Product, for any loss of use, loss of time, inconvenience, commercial loss, lost profits or savings or other incidental, special, or consequential damage arising out of the installation, use or inability to use such Product, to the fullest extent that any such loss or damage may be disclaimed by law.
