Implementation
IDTECK’s Access Control System was able to fix the security challenges that they were currently facing. IDTECK’s MAC1000 units were implemented into the SBP Bank to eliminate the possibility of Buddy-Punching as well as providing Verification with Image or Video of personnel entering and/or exiting the facility. MAC1000 also eliminated the use of extra cabling due its capability to network and be powered by Power over Ethernet (PoE). The MAC1000’s Videophone function was utilized as a camera to be able to view and verify the persons entering the building while approaching the door. IDTECK STANDARD Server with TIME PRO was installed to keep track of the personnel that are entering and exiting the bank as well as keep track of the personnel’s hours including personnel with multiple shifts.
Results
SBP Bank was very satisfied with the quality and functionality of IDTECK Access Control and Time & Attendance System, which is currently operational. With the success of this project and resolving their security challenges, there will an additional four(4) phases that will also implement IDTECK Access Control and Time & Attendance System.
